From a 10-machine startup to a trusted partner of international brands
The Beginning
Established the first in-house unit with 10 machines after challenges in sourcing due to stringent Japan and France quality standards. Our journey began when we recognized the gap in quality manufacturing that could meet the exacting standards of Japanese and French fashion brands. Rather than compromising, we decided to build our own facility where we could control every aspect of production.
Growing With Our Clients
Shifted to a larger 6,000 sq. ft. facility in Delhi-NCR (Faridabad) with 40 machines, following the closure of smaller Delhi units. From 2009 onwards, operations focused exclusively on the Japanese market, allowing us to develop deep expertise in their unique quality requirements and manufacturing processes.
European Expansion
Moved into a newly built-up, self-owned premises with 10,000 sq. ft. operational facility, retaining the existing setup and adding 35 more machines within two years. This expansion marked a significant milestone as we expanded our market reach from Japan to Europe, working with prestigious French and Spanish fashion brands.
Scaling for the Future
Added a second manufacturing facility in the same city with 15,000 sq. ft. of additional space, equipped with 45 new machines and finishing equipment. The facility was designed with provision for 125 more machines to support future growth, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of international fashion brands.
